Official setup and usage guide for pairing, charging, features, calibration, and troubleshooting.


1. Getting Started

1.1 What’s Included

  • 1× Life Watch Pro™ Smartwatch
  • 1× Magnetic USB Charger
  • 1× Adjustable Silicone Strap
  • 1× Quick Start Card
  • 1× User Manual (this page)

1.2 Charging the Watch

  1. Attach the magnetic charger to the back of the watch.
  2. Connect the USB end to any standard 5V USB port.
  3. A charging icon will appear on the screen.
  4. Full charge takes about 2 hours.

Tip: Fully charge your watch before first use.

1.3 Powering On / Off

  • Turn ON: Press and hold the side button for 3 seconds.
  • Turn OFF: Press and hold the side button again for 3 seconds.

2. Pairing the Watch With Your Phone

2.1 Download the App

Scan the QR code included in your package or open the watch menu: Settings → QR Code / App Download.

Compatibility:

  • iOS 10.0 or later
  • Android 5.0 or later

2.2 Pairing Steps

  1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
  2. Open the companion app.
  3. Go to Device → Add Device.
  4. Select Life Watch Pro from the list.
  5. Confirm Bluetooth pairing requests on both devices.

Important: Pair only inside the app, not from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.


3. Navigation & Buttons

Side Button

  • Short press: Wake screen / Back
  • Long press: Power menu
  • Double press: Quick Menu / Shortcuts

Touch Gestures

  • Swipe Up: Notifications
  • Swipe Down: Quick Settings
  • Swipe Left/Right: Widgets
  • Long Press Home: Change Watch Face

4. Health Tracking Features

4.1 Heart Rate (HR)

  • Tracks resting, active, and daily heart rate
  • Shows real-time graph and heart rate zones
  • Best accuracy when worn snugly

4.2 Blood Pressure (BP)

  • Uses optical estimation algorithms
  • Shows systolic and diastolic readings
  • Best taken seated, calm, with arm at heart level
  • Not a medical device

4.3 Blood Oxygen (SpO₂)

  • Measures oxygen saturation trend
  • Stay still during measurement
  • Avoid strong direct sunlight for best results

4.4 Sleep Tracking

Automatically analyzes:

  • Light sleep
  • Deep sleep
  • REM sleep
  • Awake periods
  • Sleep score and quality

Wear for 3 full nights to build accurate trends.

4.5 Step Count & Calories

  • Tracks daily steps, distance, and calories burned
  • Auto-detects walking patterns

4.6 Glucose Trend Estimation

Life Watch Pro estimates glucose trends using optical signals, temperature changes, HRV, and AI-based long-term data patterns.

Note: This feature provides trend estimation only and does not replace medical glucose meters.

4.7 Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

  • Shows HRV index, stress level, and trend graph
  • Includes Lorenz scatter plot for recovery insights

5. Smartwatch Features

  • Notifications: Calls, WhatsApp, SMS, social apps, email, and more.
  • Bluetooth Calls: Make/receive calls using the built-in mic and speaker.
  • Weather: Current weather and forecast.
  • Music Control: Play, pause, skip tracks, volume control.
  • Alarms & Reminders: Silent vibration alerts.
  • Find My Phone: Makes your phone ring.
  • Stopwatch & Timer

6. Watch Customization

6.1 Change Watch Faces

  • Long press the home screen
  • Select a face from the list
  • Add custom photos via the app

6.2 Replace the Strap

Compatible with 20mm quick-release straps. Easy to replace anytime.


7. Accuracy Tips

  • Wear the watch snugly (not loose, not tight)
  • Keep sensors clean and dry
  • Stay still when measuring BP/SpO₂/HRV
  • Measure BP with your wrist at heart level
  • Wear consistently so AI can learn your patterns

8. Resetting the Watch

  • Soft Reset: Settings → Restart
  • Factory Reset: Settings → System → Reset Device (clears pairing and data)

9. Troubleshooting

Watch not connecting?

  • Restart Bluetooth on your phone
  • Restart the watch
  • Pair only inside the app

No notifications?

  • Allow notification permissions in the app
  • Keep the app running in background
  • Disable battery-saver restrictions

Steps seem incorrect?

Wear snugly and walk normally for 1–2 minutes to recalibrate movement tracking.

Sleep not recorded?

Wear the watch at least 1 hour before sleep and ensure it’s snug.

HR/BP values look off?

Follow the Calibration Guide to improve your baseline readings.
